Gabon Express

Gabon Express started operations in 1988 with scheduled jet and prop services to various destinations in Gabon. At the time this program was filmed Gabon Express was the last airline in the world to operate a Caravelle in scheduled passenger service making this dvd a very unique experience.

The program also features the Hawker Sidley 748 and you will learn about both types of aircraft as you follow flights to very primitive fields in Africa. At Oyem the Caravelle must engage its reversers before landing due to the short runway!

An experience that cannot be missed is the air to air of the Caravelle over the coastline of Gabon, this is certainly one of the highlights of the World Air Routes series!

Worldairroutes Air Caraibes

Air Caraibes operates a fleet of modern Airbus A330s on transatlantic routes from Martinique and Guadeloupe to Paris. For domestic and regional Caribbean routes the airline uses Embraer Regional Jets, ATR and other aircraft which are all featured on this program.

The dvd starts with a roundtrip transatlantic flight on the Airbus A330 from Fort de France to Paris' Orly Airport.

You then fly the Embraer 145 to Haiti, the Dominican Republic and St Maarten's famous airport, that is followed by a spectacular hop on the Cessna Caravan from St Maarten to St Barth and the Dornier from St Barth to Point A Pitre.

A very scenic flights around Guadeloupe on the Cessna and an ATR flight to St Martin's French side airport conclude this Caribbean dvd.

Worldairroutes Intersky Dash 8-Q300

InterSky operates a fleet of modern Dash 8-Q300 aircraft on scheduled European flights from its bases at Bern and Friedrichshafen. The airline also operates winter ski charters into Switzerland and summer charters to resort destinations.
This program is one of the most complete in this series focusing on a wide variety of rarely seen features such as a scenic flight around Switzerland, an air to air flight over Switzerland where we follow the dash 8 over some spectacular scenery, an emergency training including smoke in the cabin and evacuation and a flight in the cabin.

Also included are a cockpit presentation and walkaround of the Dash 8 and flights to 8 destinations with one of the most memorable approaches and landings on the island of Elba.
